(NYSE: FBRT) ("FBRT" or the "Company") today announced financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024. Reported GAAP net income of $30.2 million and $92.4 million for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2024, respectively, compared to $30.0 million and $144.5 million for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2023, respectively. Reported diluted earnings per share ("EPS") to common stockholders of $0.29 and $0.82 for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2024, respectively, compared to $0.28 and $1.42 for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2023, respectively.
