BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eaton Vance California Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE American: EVM) and Eaton Vance New York Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE American: ENX) (each a “Fund” and, together, the “Funds”) announced the results of each Fund’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders (together, the “Annual Meeting”), which was convened on September 9, 2024 and adjourned to September 30, 2024, for the election of three members of the Fund’s board of trustees to serve three-year terms ending in 2027. In light of the NYSE American LLC annual meeting requirements, the Annual Meeting could not be adjourned past September 30, 2024, the last day of each Fund’s fiscal year ended September 30, 2024. With respect to EVM, a quorum was not present at the Annual Meeting. Due to the lack of quorum, no action was taken with respect to the trustee elections.
