ETJ: Hedge Yourself Against Economic Volatility With This CEF Summary There are a number of economic indicators that create concerns that the economy may be heading into a recession in the near-term. This would create much more volatility in the market than what we have seen thus far. ETJ offers an excellent way for an investor to hedge this exposure due to it using an options strategy to hedge against downside risk. The fund boasts a very appealing 9.7% yield that is tax-advantaged. The fund trades at a slight premium, but it may be worth paying this premium to obtain the insurance protection. Over much of the course of this year, we have seen a growing amount of uncertainty about the future of the economy. This uncertainty has been reflected in the markets, which have been very volatile.
