WICHITA, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Equity Bancshares, Inc. (NYSE: EQBK) (“Equity” or the “Company”) today announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 2,067,240 shares of its Class A common stock (the “common stock”), at a public offering price of $44.50 per share, which included 269,640 shares issued upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares of common stock. The total gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $92.0 million. The Company expects that the net proceeds from the offering will be approximately $86.9 million after underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company.Stephens Inc. is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering. D.A. Davidson & Co., Hovde Group, LLC, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. and Piper Sandler & Co. are acting as co-managers for the offering.The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to support its continued growt
