biotechnology company leveraging its proprietary DiffuSphere™ technology to optimize drug delivery for applications with significant unmet need, is pleased to announce the results from its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the " Meeting ") held on June 6, 2024 Pursuant to a resolution passed by ballot vote, all of the six nominees proposed by management for election to the Company's board of directors (the " Board ") at the Meeting and listed in the Company's Management Information Circular dated May 1, 2024 , were elected. The directors will remain in office until the next annual meeting of shareholders, or until their successors are elected or appointed.
