FREMONT, Calif., Oct. 30, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enovix Corporation (“Enovix”) (NASDAQ: ENVX), a global high-performance battery company, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $100.0 million of shares of its common stock, subject to market and other conditions. In connection with the offering, Enovix expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15.0 million of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering. There can be no assurances as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. All of the shares of common stock in the offering will be sold by Enovix. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering. Enovix intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, together with its existing cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments, for general corporate purposes, and for working capital and capital expenses
