TORONTO, Dec. 17, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Electrovaya Inc. (“Electrovaya” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ELVA; TSX: ELVA), a leading lithium-ion battery technology and manufacturing company, announced today the pricing of its previously announced public offering (the “Offering”) of 5,175,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (“Common Shares”) at a price to the public of US$2.15 per Common Share. Roth Capital Partners (“Roth”) is acting as sole book-running manager, Raymond James Ltd. and Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC are acting as the co-lead book-running managers for the proposed Offering. In addition, the Company has granted Roth a 45-day over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 776,250 Common Shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
