New York, Sept. 24, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Securities, LLC (“Univest”), a member of FINRA and SIPC, and a full-service investment bank and securities broker-dealer firm based in New York, today announced the closing of registered follow-on offering (the “Offering”) of approximately $8.0 million for its client Elevai Labs Inc. (NASDAQ: ELAB) (the “Company”), a pioneering force in medical aesthetics. The Offering was comprised of 28,571,425 shares of the Company’s common stock (or pre-funded warrants in lieu of shares of common stock).
