Located at 11800 Bluegrass Parkway, this facility is a collaborative venture between Baptist Health and Encompass Health, which is considered to be the largest operator of rehabilitation hospitals in the US. Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital will provide critical rehabilitative services to patients recovering from various severe conditions. It is equipped to assist patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopaedic conditions. Patients at the hospital are expected to undergo a minimum of three hours of intensive therapy for five days each week. They will also benefit from frequent physician visits and round-the-clock nursing care. The hospital offers an array of amenities to support patient recovery, including private rooms, a therapy gym with advanced rehabilitation technologies, and an activities of daily living suite.
