(TSXV: AMX) (FSE: MX0) (OTCQX: AMXEF) "Amex" or the "Company" ) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 3,400,000 units of the Company (the "Units" ) at a price of C$1.15 per Unit (the "Offering Price" ) for aggregate proceeds of C$3,910,000 (the "Offering" Each Unit will consist of one common share (a "Common Share" ) and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a " Warrant ") of the Company. Each Warrant will be exercisable to acquire one Common Share for a period of 24 months following the Closing Date of the Offering at an exercise price of C$1.40 per common share, subject to adjustment in certain events.
