At the close in Lisbon, the PSI added 0.69% to hit a new 1-month high. The best performers of the session on the PSI were EDP Renovaveis (ELI:EDPR), which rose 2.62% or 0.37 points to trade at 14.47 at the close. Meanwhile, Corticeira Amorim (ELI:CORA) added 1.70% or 0.15 points to end at 8.98 and CTT Correios de Portugal SA (ELI:CTT) was up 1.36% or 0.06 points to 4.47 in late trade. The worst performers of the session were Galp Energia Nom (ELI:GALP), which fell 1.19% or 0.23 points to trade at 18.76 at the close. Ibersol SGPS (ELI:IBS) declined 0.83% or 0.06 points to end at 7.20 and Mota Engil SGPS SA (ELI:MOTA) was down 0.20% or 0.01 points to 3.07. Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Lisbon Stock Exchange by 19 to 7 and 4 ended unchanged. Brent oil for November delivery was down 1.89% or 1.49 to $77.33 a barrel.
