NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stone Harbor Emerging Markets Income Fund (“the Fund”), which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “EDF,” announced the declaration of monthly distributions of $0.18 per common share, payable on the dates noted below. Based on the Fund’s current share price of $13.95 and net asset value per share of $10.25 (as of close on July 22, 2019), the distributions represent an annualized distribution rate of 15.48% and 21.07% respectively.The following dates apply to the distributions declared:Ex-Distribution DateRecord DatePayable DateAugust 16, 2019August 19, 2019August 29, 2019September 13, 2019September 16, 2019September 26, 2019October 18, 2019October 21, 2019October 31, 2019This press release is not for tax reporting purposes but is being provided to announce the amount of the Fund’s distributions that have been declared by the Board of Directors.
