HELENA, Mont., Jan. 28, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eagle Bancorp Montana, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBMT), (the “Company,” “Eagle”), the holding company of Opportunity Bank of Montana (the “Bank”), today reported net income of $3.4 million, or $0.44 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2024, compared to $2.7 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, in the preceding quarter, and $2.2 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2023. For the year ended December 31, 2024, net income was $9.8 million, or $1.24 per diluted share, compared to $10.1 million, or $1.29 per diluted share, in 2023. Eagle’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1425 per share on January 23, 2025. The dividend will be payable March 7, 2025, to shareholders of record February 14, 2025.
