OAKLAND, Calif., May 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DASAN Zhone Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: DZSI) (the “Company” or “DZS”) today announced that it has priced its underwritten registered public offering of 4,102,565 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $9.75 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount, up to an additional 615,384 shares of common stock. All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by the Company. The offering is expected to close on or about May 20, 2019. The total gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $40.0 million. After deducting the underwriters’ discount and other estimated offering expenses payable by the Company, the net proceeds are expected to be approximately $37.0 million.
