The meeting will be held at the Company's office at 23th Floor, Lianfa International Building, 128 Xudong Road, Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, People's Republic of China, 430063. The notice of the annual general meeting of shareholders is available on the Company's website at http://www.dunxin.us/irwebsite/.No proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval at the AGM.
