GLEN ALLEN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: DX) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared the dividend on shares of its 6.900% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: DXPRC) for the first quarter of 2025. The Company will pay the quarterly dividend of $0.43125 per share on April 15, 2025, to shareholders of record of the Series C Preferred Stock as of April 1, 2025.The Series C Preferred Stock pays a cumulative cash dividend equivalent to 6.900% of the $25.00 liquidation preference per share each year until April 15, 2025. Due to the cessation of 3-month LIBOR, the original terms of the Series C Preferred Stock have been revised to state that upon April 15, 2025,
