BofA's “Dynamic Prudent Yield” strategy for ETFs has outperformed the U.S. aggregate bond index by 1.4%, and the U.S. treasuries by 4.8% on average. Prudent Yield ETFs have an average yield today of 5.7%. Also, all Prudent Yield sectors had positive returns in September and are 3-5% above their respective moving averages. The best performers this month were VanEck J.P. Morgan EM Local Currency Bond ETF ( NYSEARCA: EMLC ), up 3%, and iShares Convertible Bond ETF ( ICVT ), up 2.4%. The EM debt ETF ( EMLC ) is also 5.1% above its 10-month moving average. In addition, Prudent Yield net inflows were down $1.9B in August, as investors offload loans, but up $9B year-to-date.
