Presenting data for its cancer candidate Dato-DXd, developed with Daiichi Sankyo ( OTCPK:DSKYF OTCPK:DSNKY ), Astra ( AZN ) said on Monday that the antibody-drug conjugate didn't extend overall survival with statistical significance in patients with non- small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Noting that Dato-DXd was not AZN's only prospect, it's a key component in the company's plans to achieve revenue guidance, Deutsche Bank said as it downgraded the stock to Sell from Hold and lowered the price target to £105 from £110. Its downgrade on Roche ( OTCQX:RHHBY ) followed the Swiss drugmaker's early-stage results for its injectable weight loss candidate CT-388, which indicated safety concerns, including nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea this week. Noting that the company's obesity prospects were a reason for upgrading the stock in May, Deutsche Bank cut its rating to Sell from Hold from Sell and revised its price target to CHF235 from CHF265.
