Feb. 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- DiamondRock Hospitality Company (the "Company") (NYSE: DRH), a lodging real estate investment trust that owns a portfolio of 36 premium hotels and resorts in the United States , today announced results of operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024 (PRNewsfoto/DiamondRock Hospitality Company) Fourth Quarter 2024 Highlights Net Loss: Net loss attributable to common stockholders was $13.7 million , or per diluted share compared to net income attributable to common stockholders of $8.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2023. The net loss attributable to common stockholders includes a $32.6 million impairment loss recorded on the Westin Washington D.C. City City Center.
