(NASDAQ: DLHC) (“DLH” or the “Company”), a leading provider of science research and development, systems engineering and integration, and digital transformation and cyber security solutions to federal agencies, today announced financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended December 31, 2024. First Quarter Highlights First quarter revenue was $90.8 million in fiscal 2025 versus $97.9 million in fiscal 2024, primarily reflecting small business conversions and service delivery timing.Earnings were $1.1 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 versus $2.2 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, for the first quarter of fiscal 2024.Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization ("EBITDA") were $9.9 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 as compared to $11.1 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2024.Total debt was $167.0 million as of December 31, 2024 versus $154.6
