(NYSE: CXW ) following fourth-quarter results reported yesterday. CoreCivic reported revenue of $479.3 million, beating analyst estimates of $465.17 million and funds from operations (FFO) of 39 cents per share, beating analyst estimates of 34 cents per share CoreCivic expects full-year 2025 net income to be in the range of $53.5 million – $67.5 million and full-year FFO of $1.37 – $1.50 per share versus estimates of $1.77 per share The analyst writes that while 2025 guidance excludes potential new ICE contracts, such agreements are highly likely this year, supporting the above-consensus earnings expectations for 2026.
