Bearish CEL-SCI Article Ignored Scientific Evidence And Misinterpreted Multikine's Clinical Trial Design Summary The mechanism of action for cytokines in helping the immune system respond to malignant growth in the head and neck has been well documented by medical research. New research indicates short-term dosing in immunotherapy leads to a "long tail effect" in significantly improving survival 2-3 years later. Multikine's event-based trial design indicates any delay would imply an increase in survival rates, especially considering the IDMC has not recommended more patient enroll as per drop-out protocol. pCR has been demonstrated to be a poor preliminary indicator for neoadjuvant therapy, as opposed to the trial's primary endpoint of improvement in overall survival rates.
