ATLANTA, Dec. 11, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (the "Company") (NYSE: CUZ) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 9,500,000 shares of its common stock. 9,500,000 shares are being offered by the Company for expected gross proceeds of approximately $284 million before underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. Subject to customary conditions, the offering is expected to close on December 12, 2024.J.P. Morgan served as the sole book-running manager for the offering.This offering will be made pursuant to a prospectus supplement to the Company's prospectus dated May 8, 2024, filed as part of the Company's effective shelf registration statement relating to these shares.
