NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ClearBridge MLP and Midstream Total Return Fund Inc., which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CTR,” announced today the results of the votes cast at the Fund’s annual meeting of shareholders held March 20, 2020.William R. Hutchinson and Jane Trust were elected as Class II Directors of the Fund by owners of its common stock and preferred stock, voting together as a single class, to hold office until the annual meeting of shareholders in the year 2023 or thereafter when respective successors are duly elected and qualified or until they resign or are otherwise removed.Nisha Kumar was elected as a Class II Director of the Fund by owners of its preferred stock to hold office until the annual meeting of shareholders in the year 2023 or until a successor has been duly elected and qualified or until she resigns or is otherwise removed.ClearBridge MLP and Midstream Total Return Fund Inc. is a non-diversified closed-end management investme
