ROGERS, Ark., Sept. 18, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- America’s Car-Mart, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRMT) (“Car-Mart” or the “Company”), a large publicly held automotive retailer focused exclusively on the “Integrated Auto Sales and Finance” segment of the used car market, announced today that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, $65,000,000 of shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering. In addition, Car-Mart intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $9,750,000 of shares of common stock. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Car-Mart intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering to repay a portion of the balance on its revolving credit facilities.
