HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Crescent Energy Company (NYSE: CRGY) (“we” or “our”) announced today that its indirect subsidiary Crescent Energy Finance LLC (the “Issuer”) has priced its previously announced private placement pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), to eligible purchasers of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 7.625% Senior Notes due 2032 (the “Additional Notes” and, together with the Existing Notes (as defined below), the “Notes”). The size of this offering was increased from the previously announced $300 million to $400 million. The Notes mature on April 1, 2032 and pay interest at the rate of 7.625% per year, payable on April 1 and October 1 of each year, with interest payments on the Additional Notes commencing on April 1, 2025. The Additional Notes were priced at 100.250% of par, plus accrued and unpaid interest from October 1, 2024.The Issuer intends to use the net proceeds from this offeri
