HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (“Cheniere Partners”) (NYSE: CQP) today announced its financial results for third quarter 2024.HIGHLIGHTSDuring the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, Cheniere Partners generated revenues of $2.1 billion and $6.2 billion, net income of $635 million and $1.9 billion, and Adjusted EBITDA1 of $852 million and $2.7 billion, respectively.With respect to the third quarter of 2024, Cheniere Partners declared a cash distribution of $0.810 per common unit to unitholders of record as of November 4, 2024, comprised of a base amount equal to $0.775 and a variable amount equal to $0.035.
