CAMBRIDGE, Mass. and ROSTOCK, Germany, Nov. 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Centogene B.V. (“Centogene” or the “Company”), a commercial-stage company focused on rare diseases that transforms real-world clinical and genetic data into actionable information for patients, physicians and pharmaceutical companies, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,000,000 common shares at an initial public offering price of $14.00 per common share, for total gross proceeds of approximately $56 million. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 common shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the common shares are being offered by Centogene. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market today, November 7, 2019, under the ticker symbol “CNTG.” The offering is expected to close on November 12, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
