5.75% Senior Notes due January 15, 2026 (the "Notes"). A notice of redemption (the "Redemption Notice") pursuant to the terms of the indenture governing the Notes (the "Indenture") is being distributed by Computershare Trust Company of Canada . As set forth in the Redemption Notice, the redemption date is November 23, 2024 , and the redemption price will be per principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding the redemption date. Payment of the redemption price and surrender of the Notes for redemption will be made through the facilities of the CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. in accordance with the applicable procedures of the CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. on November 23, 2024 (or the immediately following business day).
