MONTREAL, Oct. 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Prime Drink Group Corp. (CSE: PRME) (“ Prime ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has raised an additional aggregate total of approximately $2,200,000 through: the closing of the third and final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing of subscription receipts (the “ Subscription Receipt Offering ”) for gross proceeds of $1,193,500, and the closing of a non-brokered private placement of Units (as defined herein) (the “ Unit Offering ”) for gross proceeds of $1,000,000. The Subscription Receipt Offering is being completed in connection with the previously announced transaction (the “ Transaction ”), whereby the Company will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares (the “ Triani Shares ”) of Triani Canada Inc.
