Global ( BATS: CBOE ) and CME Group ( NASDAQ: CME ) in new coverage of the exchange subsector. RBC analyst Ashish Sabadra expects Nasdaq's ( NDAQ ) Solutions segment to achieve double-digit revenue growth due to strong secular trends, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and penetration opportunities in Financial Technology. Also, capital markets activity should boost growth in its Capital Access Platform. Meanwhile, "Cost synergies and operating leverage should drive margin expansion while deleveraging, opportunistic share repurchases, and dividend yield should help deliver low-to-mid-teens TSR annually," Sabadra wrote in a note to clients. Nasdaq ( NDAQ ) stock rose 0.2% in Friday morning trading. Intercontinental Exchange ( ICE ) should see double-digit growth in its mortgage technology business, driven by cross-selling and revenue synergies from the Black Knight acquisition, along with new win momentum that's further propelled by the mortgage market recovery, Sabadra said
