(Nasdaq: CLOE) (“CLOE” or “Clover Leaf”), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, and Digital Ally, Inc. (Nasdaq: DGLY) (“Digital Ally”) today announced that its special meeting of its stockholders in lieu of its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Meeting” ) to approve its proposed initial business combination has been further postponed to 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
