She will join Revlon effective May 5, 2025, and will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Michelle Peluso. Ms. Medema has deep experience in personal care and a strong track record in business and cultural transformation. Most recently, Ms. Medema served as Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Health – North America at Philips, where she was accountable for driving revenue, margin and profit and leading the strategic direction for the largest Personal Health region. Geralyn Breig, who joined Revlon in 2023 as President, North America to lead the region's transition out of bankruptcy will now return to her corporate board work.
