notes in an aggregate principal amount of $600.0 million , in an underwritten, registered public offering. The notes will mature on August 1, 2034 , will bear interest at a rate of 5.850%, and will be issued at 98.929% of par value. The notes will be unsecured, unsubordinated obligations of the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay its $500.0 million unsecured term loan. The Company may use any remaining net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, including repayment of borrowings under its $850.0 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility. The offering and sale of the senior notes is being made pursuant to an automatic shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
