HOLON, Israel, March 11, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Compugen Ltd. (Nasdaq: CGEN), a clinical-stage cancer immunotherapy company and a leader in predictive target discovery, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, to issue and sell its ordinary shares. In connection with the offering, Compugen expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the ordinary shares offered in the public offering. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. SVB Leerink and Stifel are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering. The securities described above are being offered by Compugen pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form F-3, including a base prospectus, that was previously filed by Compugen with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") and that was declared effective on August 12,
