The Meeting will be held later the same day, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) via live webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/WEED2024 The deadline is being extended to allow holders (the "Shareholders") of Canopy Growth common shares (the "Shares") more time to vote and to ensure a quorum is present at the Meeting.
