McKesson Could Surge On A Settlement Summary McKesson's stock is up nearly 25% this year, the first sign of relief for shareholders in several years. The company's recent quarterly earnings were strong, with double-digit EPS growth. A potential settlement could be struck in the coming months with respect to the opioid crisis, relieving the stock of a key overhang. The company was able to raise full-year guidance, which I really don't want investors to take lightly.
