It delivers customized, intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) to increase blood flow in at-risk patients. The system leverages Vascular Refill Detection (VRD) technology with a sequential, gradient, and circumferential sleeve design to move more blood per hour than uniform compression. The VRD technology adjusts and customizes compression cycles to match a patient's unique vascular refill time. The system provides clinicians with efficiencies, allowing them to focus more time on direct patient care. For patients, it helps prevent VTE events, enhances blood circulation, and treats pain and swelling related to venous stasis. Additionally, the system's proprietary Patient Sensing Technology automatically detects if compression therapy is being applied and alerts if the system does not detect a patient present or correct use of the sleeves.
