that Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Chad Williams has decided to step down, effective April 18, 2025 , and return to his position as CEO of Quality Group of Companies (QGC), a diversified real estate and business services family office investment company from which QTS was originally founded. This decision comes after a successful 20+ year career founding and building QTS into the largest and fastest growing data center company in the world.
