GUADALAJARA, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Betterware de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (NYSE:BWMX) (“BeFra” or the “Company”), announced that after the shareholders meeting held today, the payment of an aggregate dividend of MX $250,000,000 has been approved; which represents approximately US $0.3378 per share less applicable tax withholdings, resulting in approximately US $0.3041 per share after applicable tax withholdings.
