Norman Baker, 67, once described by David Cameron as “the most annoying man in Parliament ” – (“Coming from him I took that as a compliment,” he said) – has formed a career as a writer, broadcaster and consultant since losing his seat as the Liberal Democrat MP for Lewes , East Sussex, in 2015. He was an MP for 18 years, and a government minister from 2010 to 2014, first at the Department for Transport, and then as deputy to Theresa May in the Home Office as crime prevention minister. He lives in Lewes and has one daughter. Did you have a good financial start in life?
