New Montreal depot to improve repair turnaround times and simplify service process for Canadian customers BRIDGEWATER, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brother International Corporation, a premier provider of mobile, desktop, and industrial printers and handheld labeling tools, today announced the opening of a new repair depot in Montreal, Quebec, as part of its commitment to enhanced service for Canadian customers. Part of the Brother Assure Service Program, this new facility will allow Brother to route Canadian customers’ equipment to a local repair center instead of sending them to the U.S., reducing turnaround time and eliminating cross-border complexities.Previously, Canadian customers had to ship products to the United States for repairs, adding time and logistical challenges.
