Analyst Andrew Charles highlighted that Dutch Bros' ( BROS ) strategy to improve traffic is resonating, particularly menu innovation, targeted loyalty offers, and marketing efforts. Charles and his team think that BROS' mobile ordering and food upside are well understood medium-term sales drivers, but underappreciated given consensus models only low single-digit same store sales in 2025 and 2026. The Dutch Bros ( BROS ) margin story was also called underappreciated. "In our view, shares present an asymmetric risk/reward given the upcoming launch of mobile ordering at 50%+ of locations by 2024-end that will drive same store sales upside in 2025 and perhaps 2026. Longer term (as early as 2026) the company is exploring a food platform that also presents another sales layer."
