All of the shares are being offered by EyePoint. In addition, EyePoint intends to grant the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional $15 million of shares of EyePoint's common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. J.P. Morgan, Citigroup and Guggenheim Securities are acting as joint book running managers for the offering.
