At the close in Lisbon, the PSI gained 0.45% to hit a new 1-month high. The best performers of the session on the PSI were Ibersol SGPS (ELI:IBS), which rose 3.35% or 0.24 points to trade at 7.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Semapa (ELI:SEM) added 1.84% or 0.26 points to end at 14.40 and Banco Comercial Portugues (ELI:BCP) was up 1.74% or 0.01 points to 0.41 in late trade. The worst performers of the session were EDP Renovaveis (ELI:EDPR), which fell 0.78% or 0.11 points to trade at 14.06 at the close. Corticeira Amorim (ELI:CORA) declined 0.56% or 0.05 points to end at 8.87 and EDP Energias de Portugal SA (ELI:EDP) was down 0.55% or 0.02 points to 3.78. Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Lisbon Stock Exchange by 20 to 10 and 5 ended unchanged.
