SAN DIEGO, Oct. 31, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bionano Genomics, Inc. (Nasdaq: BNGO) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with certain institutional investors for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 9,881,113 shares of its common stock and Series C warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 9,881,113 shares of common stock and short-term Series D warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 9,881,113 shares of common stock (collectively, the “Warrants”) at a combined offering price of $0.3039 per share of common stock and accompanying Warrants, in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. The Warrants will have an exercise price of $0.3039 per share and will be exercisable beginning on the effective date of stockholder approval of the issuance of the shares of common stock upon exercise of the Warrants (the “Stockholder Approval”).
