(NASDAQ: BLUE) (“bluebird” or “the Company”) today announced that after three weeks of engagement, including a timeline extension, Ayrmid Ltd. (“Ayrmid”) has not submitted a binding proposal to acquire bluebird and has not obtained necessary financing.
