Travel search company engine Kayak, a subsidiary of Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG ), co-founder Steve Hafner and his wife, Staci , have just listed their expansive five-bedroom, eight-bathroom penthouse in Miami's coveted Fisher Island for $85 million. That's quite a markup, considering they purchased it for $40 million four years ago, according to The Wall Street Journal To be fair, they carried out extensive renovations. They purchased the 10,200-square-foot property as a raw, unfinished shell and have filled the residence with high-end finishes. One of the home's main selling points is its 7,300-square-foot private rooftop. The luxurious space features a heated infinity pool, a spa, a summer kitchen, and dual wet bars. In addition, nearly 2,000 square feet of terrace space is accessible from the main level. There is also a private cabana, deeded beach access, and exclusive Fisher Island Club membership.
