(“Bitfarms” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: BITF) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Bitfarms announced on December 9, 2024, that its financial statements for fiscal years 2022 and 2023 contained material errors related to the classification proceeds from the sale of digital assets. The Company added that its financial statements would require restatement.
