STOCKHOLM, March 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The shareholders of Boliden AB (publ) (company registration number 556051-4142) are summoned to the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 13.00 (CEST). The Annual General Meeting will be held in Aitik, Sakajärvi 1, Gällivare, Sweden. The meeting facilities will be open for registration and lunch from 11.30 (CEST).
